Ants in my pants
The hotel it self wasn't too bad, the pool and hot tub were nice and the room seemed clean enough... until the last day. As I began to pack to leave ants were swarming my suitcase. Ants were all over my clothes, mind you I had no food in my suitcase. I had to individually check every piece of clothing and kill them. I'm supposed to be reimbursed for one evening but it has yet to come into my account. It's not bad hotel, you get what you pay for, but check every inch of the room for ants and other types of bugs.

It was a short stay. Just jumped in for the night and had breakfast. Rooms were decent, could have used a few small repairs but nothing unbearable. Breakfast was decent. Baked goods tasted old, but everything else is good.

Perfect example of a 2 star by airport
Perfect example of a 2 star hotel- basic, clean room with no frills-great for airport stay (not vacation)I am a flight attendant so I am always looking for good deals on rooms. I got this one for $45 [...] at the last minute- it is better than many, many two stars I've stayed at, especially in Atlanta. My most important characteristic is that it's CLEAN. This hotel was clean and the bed comfortable.Anyone rating it badly has no clue what a two star hotel is supposed to be like (i.e. modern, trendy and super stylish are not part of my criteria.

THE SHUTTLE IS SHARED WITH OTHER HOTELS. IT TOOK 45 minutes for the driver to pick up other travelers at nearby hotels- keep this in mind when choosing your pick up time! Also, when you arrive at the airport, call the shuttle right away- it can take awhile.

Nice for the Price
Used this airport the night before our flight out of DFW. This was a clean and comfortable hotel. There were no frills, but it had a great price. Our only problem was the airport shuttle. We had a group of 12, told them the night before that we had a group of 12, and they sent a 10 passenger van. If you're traveling in a large group and need the shuttle, make sure they understand your needs.

Happy Shopper, Cold Swimmer
An average experience
Am a DFW local, just looking to stay in a hotel to help make Spring Break a little more special for my little girl. Great location to the things we wanted to do in the Lewisville/Grapevine area. Got a good rate ([...]) and the room was clean and fine. The MAIN reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool, which I assumed would be heated. It wasn't. That made for a very cold and short swimming experience - which was disappointing to the 7 year old.

Decent Value for Money
This was a decent hotel for the money. It has a nice indoor pool, hot tub, and workout room which I didn't necessarily expect in this price range. The one negative is it had no bathtub, just a standup shower. The rooms are clean and the beds were about average in comfort. The frontdesk staff are not particularly friendly or helpful, though. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay.
