Stayed only brief time but appreciate free upgrade to club level
Paid $113+tax; came in about 7pm and left at 4 am so just slept besides brief evening visit to club lounge Starwood member; given free upgrade to club level; lounge with free drinks and appetizers in the evening. Left at 4am so did not partake of free breakfast. Nice clean room; comfortable bed; nice amenities in bathroom. Given room on tenth floor facing freeway but room was quiet; good AC unit which was not noisy Front desk at reception and check-out rather unfriendly and curt; I had called ahead and requested and was granted free upgrade to club level; check-in desk seemed to almost resent that

Fabulous getaway
I had a wonderful stay! I checked in for 1 night stay and had such a fantastic experience that I booked a 2nd night. The staff was very courteous and welcoming starting with the lady at checkin (even at 10:30pm to the concierge to restaurant staff and manager to the general manager. I ordered breakfast to be delivered the next morning by hanging my order on the door. I called t ask about it that morn and everyone as so apologetic and my breakfast was delivered by the restaurant manager within 10 minutes from the time I called. It wascomplimentary due to the night help missed my order when making rounds. Then the hotel GM called to make sure the meal was delivered and was good

Great for the price!
This hotel was great for the price. Very comfortable. I needed toothpaste and it was sent up almost immediately after I called down. Also ordered room service and it was excellent. Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Has shuttle to and from the airport which is great. Only down side was I could hear anyone opening or shutting their doors all night.

Great HassleFree Stay. A+
I attended a seminar at the hotel on the following day of my overnight stay there. I was delighted to find a great rate at the Sheraton so I just stayed there--super convenient!! I really enjoyed the small, corner room with a great view on both walls. The rooms were very clean and check-in/check-out was a cinch!

we love the Sheraton at DFW it is very clean quite and the people are very kind and helpful. when we needed a place to stay for our wedding night the first place we thought of was the Sheraton at DFW

Excellent accomodations and service
The room was top-notch. The food and bar service was friendly and efficient. The staff were helpful. I will definitely stay with them again.

I ate in the bar area since the restaurant was closed when I ate. Excellent food. Excellent service. More fun because there was a great TV. Even though they were in the middle of renovating the hotel, nothing was slip-shod or less than perfect.
