Park Inn by Radisson DFW Airport South, TX

Food service was inconsistent and staff were unneccessarily rude to my colleague who left her key in the room. Cleaning smell was too strong and that usually doesn't bother me.

I booked our stay before getting on a flight from Newark. We arrived tired and ready for the advertised jacuzzi. It no longer even existed though still listed among amenities on the [...] information. Very disappointing.The desk clerk attempted to make up for it by giving us some coupons.The AC was noisy and barely adequate. I'd hate to be there in the summer.The buffet breakfast was fair. The coffee was instant.

Called ahead of time to make sure they indeed had a shuttle service. They said to just call when I got to my luggage. I got in at 11:30pm and called even before I had my luggage in hand. They said they were on the way and told me where to wait. Got my luggage and went outside, which was quite chilly coming from Aruba. About 30 people were also waiting for shuttles. I ended up calling 2 more times thinking I was in the wrong location. Everyone else got picked up but me. Verry uncomfortable at 12:30 in the morning standng there all alone. This happened last time I went to Dallas and made sure this time that a hotel had shuttle 24 hrs. Got to the hotel finally and about 15 people were standing in line waiting to check in. I was shocked that this could be at 1 in the morning. Asked if I needed to wait seeing I all ready had a reservation and I know these other people did not because they got stuck in Dallas for whatever reason. 1/2 hour later I checked in and they put me right near a soda machine that ran all night, which you could hear in the room. This is my only complaint about the hotel, but still very disturbing to wait once again at the curb alone for a shuttle and then have to wait anothe 1/2 hr to check in at 1 in the morning. We had a little trouble since Google Maps had us get off on the wrong exit. But once we found it we were very suprised at what we got for the price we paid. We did have a little mix up with our room, but we talked with the front desk right away and the problem was corrected. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends/coworkers.

The room was large and a sleepnumber bed was provided(very uncomfortable). One coffee pod and a poor excuse for a coffee maker was provided. The hotel is convenient. I didn't need any of the facillities.

Attended grandaughters high school graduation, location was great and a very nice place

I stay here about once a year for recurring training for work. The conference rooms are on site. It is generally very nice, not outstanding but not bad either. The food is good most days and is not terribly expensive. the room doors do slam loudly, and you can tell if people are next door; but so far it has not been a problem. Sleep number beds and free wifi are a plus.

The room was great, the beds were sleep number beds and kind of hard to figure out but once we did they were very comfortable. Indoor pool was awesome... even though there was a lot of kids... not something that could be helped. Breakfast was expensive so we opted to go somewhere else. It was a great location, kind of hard to get to because of the highway, but the location was right in the middle of everything. Despite being so close to the highway it was very quiet.

NOTHING WORKED RIGHT, THE TV FROZE UP ALL THE TIME AND SHOWER LEAKED SO BAD THE BATHROOM FLOOR GOT SOAKED IT TOOK ME 5 TOWELS TO GET TEH WATER OF THE FLOOR AND THEN IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS TO BRING ME CLEAN TOWELS.. I MEAN COME ON WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THAT??? THAT WAS THE WORST STAY EVER AND WHAT KIND OF HOTEL DONT HAVE SMOKING ROOMS... I ASKED FOR SMOKING AND THEY SAID IT WAS SMOKING.... SO IT WAS A LIE AND A JOKE...
