Staff was great. Rooms are outdated and could use some paint and repairs. The location was great for the wedding destinations. About 10 of us stayed here from 2 to 5 days. The room coffee was great. This is picky, but there are no trash cans throughout lobby and hallways?

The hotel have a good amenities
It is a nice hotel. It have a pool and a small spa pool. All the facilities are so good excet the loaction. If you want to DARF, you need walk by 10~15mins, but in the near future, the PAT will finish, then you can take PAT to DARF.

Omni Mandalay, Dallas
What a great surprise for our two dya business stay in Dallas. The queen suite was spacious , clean and well appointed. Breakfast outside was delicious with excellent service. Although we had previos dinner plans, we are looking forward to our next Dallas trip and dinner there. Outstanding value and service. Reminded me of a Ritz-Carlton....Pete Richards

Great short get away
Room was excellent on a great floor. Only complaint was that the room temperature was hard to maintain an even temperature. We managed but that was a small complaint that we lived with.

Great Staff, Wonderful Hospitality
Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is so accommodating and genuinely gracious. We had a couple of small room issues, and they were taken care of immediately. Everything was so clean, the room was comfortable, very open and bright, lots of space, and up-to-date decor. The restaurant was wonderful, a bit pricey, but it fits with the hotel atmosphere and the food was worth it. We ate in the hotel several times because it was so good. We walked the beautifully landscaped grounds and even in the evening we felt very safe in the area. We would definetly stay at the hotel again.

Wonderful place to relax
This was our second visit to Omni Mandalay. Both visits have been very relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable. The beds were very amazing, the staff friendly and efficient, and the surrounding area very nice. There are at least three restaurants within easy walking distance and a wonderful LaPeep Breakfast restaurant within easy driving distance. Overall, this is a truly great hotel. The location is a bit out of the way - which only adds to its appeal. We found everything to be first class.

Wonderful getaway
I had a wonderful at he Omni. The only thing I would mention, is that when I arrived for check-in the room was not ready. I had to wait about an hour and half.
