All rooms at this Motel 6 have recently been remodeled to include Wi-Fi available for $2.99 per 24 hours, bathroom with granite countertops and a raised wash basin, wood-effect flooring.

Cheap hotel, decent for the price

This is was the cheapest hotel so I didn't expect a 4-star stay. With that said, the room was small and clean. I had a woman staying with me and she felt a bit unsafe because there were police in the lot dealing with someone and the area was a bit shady. I felt okay, but again, I expected the lowest because of the price I paid.

Bad Location

The Hotel 6 of Irving was set a n uninviting location. The only good thing about it, it was next door to Waffle House. The room smelled like mildew and price of a 20 0z. soft drink from the vending machine was $1.75. I wouldn't have known the difference of the quality until seeing the motel 6's in other parts of town like Addison. I was dissapointed considering I could have gotten a much nicer room in Addison for the same price. Oh well, I know next time to better research to find the better part of town. It was my first time to Dallas and the interstate system was a nightmare.
