Motel 6 Dallas DFW Airport North

Great staff and location, but there seem to be issues with the shuttle service which apparently is being outsourced. Still, good value for money.

Too much smoke everywhere. The only thing wrong but to me a big wrong

The hotel overall was very nice. It was clean and cozy. But the customer service for the evening was horrible. The lady (I dont want to use her name) was rude she left me standing at the counter for a long period of time trying to manage the counter. It seemed that I was the only person there with children and accused my children of dialing 911 when they were not even near the phone (they were unloading the car) but I took the insult and told her okay I understand. I felt it was rude and it hurt my feelings that she came to my door when she clearly saw me and my children bringing our bags inside the hotel. When I checked out the lady was pleasant but that night (lack of staff) made me feel like I did not belong there.

Stayed 5 days. Overall it wasnt that bad, i did have to pay for the wifi and it took a bit of a challenge to get it working but the room had an ikea feel to it and i enjoyed the stay. Desk was good, never had an issue. I did have to call twice once for the hotel shuttle to come pick me up one day but for the most part the shuttle service was pretty good. I would stay again due to the price and it really wasnt bad. Bring shampoo and soap though. House keeping did a good job as well.

I was in town to work the Superbowl and needed a place to crash for night times. The rooms have fake wood floors which if you have wet shoes don't make for a very dry experience. Also the beds were just a mattress pad on this wood platform thing. They were trying to go for a minimalist look but it just came off cheap. No free internet which I think is ridiculous, its 2011, internet should be free everywhere as a perk. There was a drug bust down the hall on my second night. On the upside, it was cheap and the vending machines take credit card. If you just want a place to crash for dirt cheap then this is the place, but lock your car doors and your hotel door because it is sketchy.

We stayed here to go to the superbowl. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean though small and oddly furnished in some kind of modern style, and the location convenient to everything necessary from the airport and freeways.

Everything was very good. An excellent deal for the price. Front desk personnel could be better. Not too friendly or customer oriented.

i booked this room for my disabled mom.. it asked if someone else was checkin? and i put yes and her name.. which means i will not be there with the credit card.. but anyways.. when my mother got there they would not charge the room to my card.. they were going to make her pay.. well she is on a fixed income and didnt have the money.. hence me paying for it.. well the guy says he cant do my card over the phone.. but you know what he did say.. if she hadnt of showed.... they would have charged my card.. ok they can charge my card if she no showed... but they cant charge my card with her standing there???? W T F !

If you need a bed, shower and a TV, this place fits the bill. Nothing fancy. Bring your own shampoo. Decent location. Seems safe and secure. No onsite computer access. Not sure about wi-fi.

I was there for training. The hotel was great clean and comfortable. The only problem was there was a problem with the elevator and the stairs only empty to the front of the building while I parked in the back. Not very convenient. But the staff was great and no other complaints as for the hotel. Great stay
