Very nice and recommendable
Everything was good and I'd like to recommend to stay for the businessman or stop-by one night at the airport. Facilities and the attitude of staffs were nice and the quality of breakfast was nice too. Only one thing made me not to give them perfect was that the controller of air conditioning was not work well. It would not raise the room temperature above 61F degree, it was so cool when I slept. But the others made me not complain them. Next time, hope it works well.

Great for travellers
Great value hotel at terminal C, DFW airport. Large clean rooms, good eating options and obliging staff. Despite being inside the terminal complex you can't walk anywhere! However the shuttle service is prompt and efficient. Drivingto this hotel is a challenge the first time, but getting your toll ticket validated means there is no cost for access or parking. Have used it twice while transiting DFW and highly recommend for that. $10 for Internet access is an irritation......

Good Place
The hotel was very nice and a great value. The only down side was getting to it, you have to wait for the van or a long walk across the parking lot and lots of stairs. Next over night stay I will stay at the Grand Hyatt it is attached. On a side note, if two men check in and there is only a king size bed, expect a role-a-way to show up even if you do not ask for it or need it.

One night layover
We picked this hotel due to it's proximity with the airport. It's not even 5 minutes away and they offer free shuttle to and from the airport. The check in and check out was really fast, which is convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is always a plus! The only down point would be they don't offer room service for breakfast before 6 am, so it's either having coffee at their coffee bar downstairs or leaving hungry (which I did).

The hotel airport shuttles run from 4am to 1 am or something like that so that was a plus since we had an early flight. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Shower was nice as well. If you want anything once you get there expect airport prices.

Concrete Jungle!
Overall, if you're looking for something convenient to the airport, this is the place for you! Beautiful and clean rooms. Nice hotel bar and restaurant. But, the airport is the ONLY thing this hotel is convenient to. When we arrrived, we wanted to get soom booze and snacks for the room. We were told the closest real store was a 10 minute shuttle away. But the shuttle only runs every hour. So, it would have taken us over 2 hours to pick up a 6 pack and some grub! They do sell alcohol in the hotel, but it would set you back $25 for a 6 pack of Coors light, or $140 for a bottle of Smirnoff. What a scam! Beautiful place, just be sure to understand the limits of the location.

If you have any extra time, I would drive or cab to Dallas and eat in the courtyard at Dakota's steakhouse. Pricy menu, but beautiful venue and excellent service.

Visiting of Cowboys Stadium
The cleanliness of the shower. I checked in and took a shower in which I discovered several strands of hair on the wall and on the floor of the shower in my room. Discused it with the front desk and also a day later with the supervisor and the best answer I received was, when you check in next time call me directly and I will make sure your room is thouroughly cleaned to your satisfactory. Da!!, it was suppose to be that way from the beginning. I was thinking your next stay will be half off or something. Not satisfied with the results from the staff.
