This place needs some help
the negatives: No A/C or Heat. Wall unit broken, the window heat/ac non-functioning. Pans were filthy, but after I was done with them they were clean. Some burns on the furniture. Positives: Free Access to LA Fitness. Front desk lady was always very helpful and attentive. Location was good, close to majore street and stores. Not a fan of climbing stairs with heavy luggage, rooms were incredibly small compared to other homesteads that I've stayed in.

Not worth the time
The room had no A/C, or Heat. Wall unit didn't work, the window based unit would not turn on. The furniture had burn marks from cigarettes. The room was small, the pots/pans were filthy, they were clean after I when to the store to get a sponge and dish soap. I dared not eat off of any of the service ware until I cleaned it.

They had free access to LA Fitness which was the only highlight of this stay.

Homestead - Las Colinas
NASTY. Room had putred stench of smoke even though it was suppossed to be non-smoking. The toilet floor had sticky urine all over it and smelled horrible. I would not recommend staying here unless your into this kind of stuff.

Good price, good access to freeways
Hotel was in a very close location to downtown Dallas (only ten miles away). I stayed here because of the great price, and the fact that I already had a car for travel purposes. Room was restful. Internet connection is a bit slow, and the rooms can be a just a tad bit cleaner, but they are good enough!

Hotel is ok
The place was quiet, bed could have been more comfortable. Couldn't get good picture on TV. Don't know if I would stay again. Staff was ok, not rude, just ok. I needed something cheap so I guess you get what you ask for.

Great price, great hotel
I really liked this hotel. The location is close to freeways so you are only a ten to 15 min drive max from airport or to downtown. I came here for business and had no problem getting around.

Great visit!
Very nice stay. Great rate, quick and friendly service. Just remember this is an extended-stay hotel, so don't expect a pool or continental breakfast. Would definitely stat again!
