I cannot complain. First off, I was welcomed by a really nice lady at the front desk. Karen was helpful and informative. Even when I inquired about takeout, she showed me a bin with restaurant pamphlets, but then came over and showed and recommended me a few places. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

I was there for PPL related meetings. I could not find a cart @ the time of check out. This entire trip sucked (I felt very unconftable with the night manager, I even went back home to sleep instead of sleeping in the room that I had paid for) please try to avoid booking at this location, specially if you'll be there during 2:00 am and 7:00 am.

If you are only staying for one night it is ok, otherwise there are better places for the same price in the same block. As an extended hotel you do not get maid service, or clean towels. There is no ice machine. The internet cost you $4.99 extra.

A nice place for the money. The hotel is old but well kept. One night I got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, but they gave me a different room no problem. Make sure you have change for the soda machine. A great place for families on a tight budget. Wish I could have found a place like this when I was taking grand kids on trips during the summer. I don't know about dinning options but had to check something.

we've stayed there a few times. the people that stay there are shady, the rooms smell like smoke. smelled pot smoke in the hallway and the fire alarm was pulled twice. I wouldn't recommend for a family to stay there.

did what i needed it to do. close to my meetings, able to supply with some groceries so i did nt have to go out to eat

The price was great, but the hotel was very rundown (hallway walls and carpet dirty and worn). The hotel room interior was old, dirty and the A/C didn't work. In addition there must have been bed bugs in the carpet and bed.

This place could have been cleaner. I found to-go food container under bed in my first room, which also had a broken shower. One morning I needed another pack of coffee, so I called the front desk. The guy who answered told me he was in the laundry room, so he could not bring me any, I could come get it, from him in the laundry room,or call him back in 15 min. When I got down there, the guy was just wearing a tank top, no hotel uniform, and was a possible crack-head. Hotel has potential, this is a management problem for sure!!!

The first rooms tv was broken, the clerk moved me to another room- that tv's power button was also jammed- he quickly upgraded me to a better room and the tv worked fine. The outside looks great but the rooms definitely show their age. The room had a funny odor. Not sure if it was the carpet or the fridge. Depending on the length of your stay, you have to pay for housekeeping/towel service.

The Homestead Suites property and staff were great. My only problem was with the cleanliness of the room. Various portions of the kitchen area were sticky (as well as the deadbolt lock) and one of the desk chairs was very dirty and stained. Since I did not need the kitchen area it was not such a big deal but it makes one wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
