A HEARTWARMING EXPERIENCE
IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL,MY WIFW AND I WERE TREATED WARMLY LIKE LONG LOST FAMILY. FROM THE RECEPTION AREAS TO THE HALLWAYS, THE ROOM AND THEAREAS SURROUNDING THE HOTEL,ALL WAS NEAT AND TIDY BEYOND EXPECTATION FOR A THREE STAR FACILITY.THE STAFF SHOULD BE AWARDED FIVE STARS IMMEDIATELY. NO STAFF MEMBER FOUND IT TEDIOUS FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS WE HAD AND THE DIRECTIONS WE NEEDED TO MOVE AROUND DALLAS. THE LUXURY AND TREATMENT WE RECEIVED CERTAINLY DOES NOT WARRANTYOR JUSTIFY THE SUPER LOW PRICE WE PAID, MAKES US FEEL GUILTY.OUR SINCERE THANKS 'FAIRFIELD' [...]

Perfect Getaway
I was very happy with the staff and the room. I wanted a clock radio with an Ipod connection and the lady at the desk went room to room until she found what I wanted. Made me feel like a VIP that she took the time immediately to take care of my request.

Avoid This Fairfield
The address for this hotel is misleading, as you are on a different street than the frontage road for John Carpenter Freeway. From the minute you walk in the formidable folding glass door, to the location of the front desk immediately to your right, this hotel is not a typical Fairfield. The elevator is not well designed and slow. The pool was too warm, but the hot tub was fine. Staff did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Don't order dinner from the American restaurant that delivers. they took mine to the wrong hotel and I had to wait 2 hours.
