Hotel was very nice and comfortable.
Traveled with children and had problems finding a place to eat in the evening. The restaurant in the hotel was too upscale; the sports bar was not suitable; fast food across the street closed by 8:00 PM. All the staff had to offer was for us to walk (under the interstate) to a gas station a couple of blocks away. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and nice for the price we paid. The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kids.

I was aware of at least one other room that was double booked--and both (including us) found out this information by going to our room and finding other suitcases! Both situations were corrected--ours albeit at 12:30am. Handled nicely and fairly efficiently--but I'd rather not have had to deal with it at all.

VERY GOOD SERVICE
The staff were all very hospitable and courtious. Would definitely stay there again. We were celebrating our daughter's 2nd birthday in Grapevine so the location to everything there was superb! Extremely close to everything we were there to do.

Call the hotel after the reservation is made on Orbitz to ensure they can access it. They had diffculty locating ours which made our check-in a little longer than expected.

Nice Hotel Stay
This is a very nice hotel with nice facilities. The room was very clean and fresh. It looks like they have new carpet in the hallways and rooms. Very pretty and clean. The pool was large and in a nice setting with lots of trees and tables/chairs. Overall, a nice hotel and a very good value.

Last minute stay
The hotel was just fine. The staff were personable and the room was clean and bed comfortable. I made use of a well-equipped and clean gym facility. I was disappointed that Marriott chooses to charge for in-room WiFi access (apparently it is free in the lobby), especially considering that its competitors do not have such a fee, but otherwise I was pleased with my stay and would re-visit this hotel.

Very comfy
Had to stay in a DFW hotel overnight after flight cancellations - this place was friendly and more than comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub.

Nice hotel
Did not have time to enjoy the hotel too much as I was to preoccupied with business. I was, however, very comfortable. Their complimentary coffee in the lobby was very bad and the Starbuck's shop was not open on Saturday at 8:00 A.M. What a pity. Had to pay for internet. That is complimentary in many cheaper-priced (but nice) hotels.
