Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the tub had lots of mold on the upper walls. The beds were of lower quality ... and kind of hard. A little on the noisy side. Continential breakfast was OK. I would try another hotel next time since there are 8 or 10 grouped all together.

The room had a slight smell but looked clean. The roof is very thin; I could hear the people up stairs walking all thought ... the night. They did offer a mini breakfast which was not bad. You could make your own waffles. The person who check us in was very nice but the female who check us out was very pushy an impatient during the process. She act like we were a late check out and she is in hurry. We check out at 11:15am.

The staff at this hotel were Fantastic!!! Twice they went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcomed. They treated ... us like they were happy we were there. The hotel could use some updating (paint, carpets and a good spring cleaning)but overall, it was ok. The room we stayed in was smoked in and you could really tell.Some paint and a steam clean would remove the odors. We were happy with the location and the hotel itself.

Bed Bugs - Oh My!!!

This was one of my worst hotel experience that includes a small child. Please be careful of your stay at this hotel due to ... the bed bugs that bit my friend and her small infant. Once we were awaken by his cries late in the night and saw blood on his pajamas and small black bugs crawling in the King size bed, we knew we had to get out of there right away. Maybe an adult could've handle this incident; but a small baby-no way!

They claim there is a free shuttle...not true- a VERY RUDE driver insisted on getting tipped after a rough and unsafe ride in ... a filthy transport from the airport. The hotel is filthy! When I refused to stay here because of the filthiness and rudeness of the staff, they would not provide a refund for the night. I would NEVER stay here or recommend it to a friend. In fact, I have never had this experience at Super 8, and may not stay in another Super 8 again nationwide.

The room was clean, big and great for the cost. It was a nice stay, no loud noise and the airport had even been on weather ... delay. The toliet could have been attached to the floor better, and the TV had some so so reception on some channels, but other than that it was perfect.

My stay was to be a stop between my flight from Bangkok, Thailand and my flight the next day. I was very exhausted, hungry ... and wanted a clean, cool place to rest. The room had a hole in the top part of the wall, stuffed with paper towel. The air conditioning was not on, which meant I had to wait a substantial amount of time for the humidity to subside and the room to cool. I had hoped there would be a restaurant in order to get a hot meal. That was not the case. I ended up walking a mile to get something to eat! Breakfast was very pooly prepared. I put the liquid creamer (from the liquid packets) into my coffee and it curdled! No one was around (about 7 am) to get their attention. The bagles were stale and the fruit over ripe. I was more than glad when my shuttle arrived early!

Room was spacious...that's about where the good stuff ends. Room wasn't particularly clean. Sofa in my king size suite was ... torn and had noticeable stains on it. Large stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. Light bulb didn't work in one of my laps, remote to the TV was broken. The "hot" breakfast was cereal, bagels, and bananas. Lastly...it ended over an hour early on Sunday. What's up with that?!

Very good deal. Clean room, good staff. No pool which isn't terrible, just keep that in mind. Fairly easy access to airport ... area, Grapevine, and Irving. Never woke up early enough to enjoy the breakfast. Internet was good, TV was poor quality. Close to airport and never bothered by noise.

I only stayed one night in this motel. It served its purpose. The room was clean and large. I paid less than $50 for the ... night therefore I got exactly what I paid for, a place to rest my head. The motel is nothing extraordinary.

For 60 bucks and 2 mins from the airport this is just what I needed. Its clean, good service, and spacious room. Its not ... luxury, but it will do the job.

After checking at the gas station the Dining places was no more then 2 miles up the road. We lucked out... Very nice places and it had about 10 of them in one area- so it gave good choices to pick from.
