DFW Airport North Super 8 Motel

I needed a cheap room for 5 nights and this worked. Don't fret over the proximity to the airport, there was no noise from that and it was quite conveniently located. They were doing some work on the hotel and our room was missing the faceplate to a few outlets/switches. Basically it was comfortable though. Breakfast provided was minimal so if you're a breakfast person, plan to eat out. Maid service was moderate at best. They'd strip the room of linens and towels and return quite a bit later to replace them - fine if you're gone for the day but if you return in the interim and you don't have a towel to dry your hands this is an annoyance. Overall... you get what you pay for and the price was great on a tight budget.

I bean hear in this hotel for7 days it is nice inside the hotel room, the hotel room is clean but outside the hole way needs more ventilation .

We stayed at this motel for one night recently before our next flight. It is a wonderful motel in terms of cleanliness, location (5-10 minuted form DFW), amenities, staff etc and hard to find any better for the price we paid. The entire motel looks pretty new as they have recently renovated, rooms were very clean and well decorated and has LG TV with really big screen. Staff at the motel were nice and caring. The bonus is that they have free airport shuttle almost 24 hrs a day. The only complain that I have is that it took for the shuttle to arrive 1 hr even though the motel said the ride would arrive within 30 minutes when we were being picked up from the airport. However, our drop-off shuttle was right on time as it was scheduled to be. Overall, I would definitely recommend others to stay at this motel.

Was generally pleased with the Super 8. Room was quiet and cool...very clean. Liked the HD TV. Very close to the Friends of Bill W. in the area which was a huge benefit for me. Would consider staying there again in the future.

When we arrived at the hotel after a 6 hour drive the temperature outside was 101' so i was ready to relax. Upon entering our room we reolized they hadnt even bothered to turn on the air conditioning. We turned it on and went to the fridge to put some drinks we had in there and the fridge didnt work. I called the front desk and told them the fridge was out and she informed me they would check in to it later. I had been told upon booking this room I could have a shuttle pick my brother up from the airport. He had some delays of course but when I finally found out what time he would be in I went down and ask to set the shuttle up, at this time I was told he had to call and do it when he arrived. He was already in the air and had no way to even contact me as his cell phone was dead after being stuck in the Denver airport for 6 hours with no way to charge it. So I had to go find the airport and wait on him which I didnt mind but when you have been told that A shuttle will get him its really aggravating

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to and check in was a breeze. I only stayed 1 night and left early in the morning so I could not tell you about the amenities for a stay longer then that. I would stay here again.

spent Just 1 night but horrible !!! Not clean(Smell like trash can on the floor, Towel like someone already used and most terrorble thing was that someone had bled on bed sheet but they didn't changed ! )

I recently stayed two nights at the Super 8 Motel located near DFW Airport and it left a lasting impression on me that I will never forget. When I checked into the hotel the hotel personel seemed as though I was inconviencing him. When I got up to my room located on the second floor,it smelled horrible like it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest was there. I found that my assumption of it not being cleaned after the last guest was there was correct when I saw that the toliet had been used and not flushed. I gathered my belongings and returned back to the lobby and notified the gentlemen that I would like to please have a different room and told him what I had discovered. This young man immediately became very defensive and said, "there was no way that the room was in this condition,it was just cleaned!" The young man looked through the computer for a different room and after approximately 30 minutes I was finally on my way to the third floor to a different room.

Very much liked the size of the room and accommodations in general. Breakfast food was a little sparse.

Only 1 Problem. No Pool ! But had 2 Computers, Apple and Dell !
