Very family friendly
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The complimentary airport shuttle was also another amenity which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. All in all, a great hotel at a reasonable price.

good service for a good price
The price of the hotel was reasonable for 2 adults and a 4 yr old child. The neighborhood was nice because there were many places to shop and eat. The pool was very small, but the hotel was nice and the service was good.

In order to get to the shopping and restaurants, I stayed on the service road to get around.

Great place to stay
We needed to stay one night before flying out of DFW. The front desk man was very polite and helpful every time we saw him or had a question. The hot breakfast was a nice change from the typical donut breakfast some hotels offer. Both times we rode the shuttle, the drivers were very nice and helpful. On the way back from DFW the driver even offered to pitstop for food or 7-11 snacks, which I thought was very kind and above and beyond what was necessary. The room was very large and very clean. We will definately return here the next time we fly out of Dallas.

Grapevine Mills Mall is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. The mall is huge, offering every store possible and many places to eat.

The best stay ever in Dallas!
A great place to stay. [...], the night supervisor was ver helpful and helped withdirections and such. He made the stay truly super!

great location
We had a very good experience......just a few things....our bathroom fan was on the counter with a big open hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which made things seem a little dirty. Also the pool and hot tub were very dirty . Felt as though we could not get in the hot tub and did not really feel like the pool too much for our kids. Great location to places and a positive stay. Just those few things for improvement.

Great Family Location for Great Price
We were at the hotel for a week while my husband was in a class. The kids and I spent most of the week in the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle was nice for things near-by. The breakfast was good. We really liked the guy at the front desk in the evening.

There is a dollar theater right around the corner, the shuttle will take you and pick you up. The movies are not brand new releases but are not out on video yet. The cost is $1.50 during the day, $1.75 at night and $.50 all day Tues.

Close to the Airport at a good rate
Used the shuttle to and from the nearby airport. Friendly driver and staff. Room was clean and comfortable at a good rate.
