Amys Three Day Weekend
Worst Weekend Getaway Ever!
The room was not ready when we got there plus we did not get one of the rooms we requested. The hot tub was not working and there were no towels available in the swimming pool or gym area. The staff offered to switch rooms the next day and when we went to move, was told it was no longer available that we should have moved everything at midnight when we were notified... And to top that off, the room we had to stay in was not cleaned that day - the comforter was thrown on the floor, the bed was not made, and we had no clean towels.

Neeeds some work
The spa was not working Gym is only a couple of machines The breakfast was extremly dull. same thing every day. (Cheap) The overall look as so 1980"s Looks a lot better on the internet picture.

The accommodations were very good. The breakfast hot menu varied every day. The hotel staff were friendly and answered our questions with a smile.

Convenient to the airport
My stay was only for one night but it was very comfortable. Hotel was convenient to restaurants and more importantly, very close to the airport. I had an early flight and this hotel was less than 15 minutes away from DFW.

Great value
The room was very clean. Lots of pillows, extra towels. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. But, the free breakfast was the best! Not just a continental breakfast...lots of variety. Eggs, waffles, oatmeal, different coffees, tea. It was excellent! We were very pleased with our two day stay, and would definately stay there again!!!

Great location and service
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the food was good, the service was great. The hotel was clean. I has a good work out in the fitness center. The location was close to a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants.

Disappointed in customer service
Hotel was clean but the customer service was not great. The hair dryer in our room went out. I tried to call the front desk on the phone and that was out. I went down to tell the front desk person and ask for a new hair dryer. He was very much in a 'not care' mood and just said, we don't have extra hair dryers. Not pleased with the customer service from him.
