Great value

The room was very clean. Lots of pillows, extra towels. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. But, the free breakfast was the best! Not just a continental breakfast...lots of variety. Eggs, waffles, oatmeal, different coffees, tea. It was excellent! We were very pleased with our two day stay, and would definately stay there again!!!

Great location and service

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the food was good, the service was great. The hotel was clean. I has a good work out in the fitness center. The location was close to a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants.

Disappointed in customer service

Hotel was clean but the customer service was not great. The hair dryer in our room went out. I tried to call the front desk on the phone and that was out. I went down to tell the front desk person and ask for a new hair dryer. He was very much in a 'not care' mood and just said, we don't have extra hair dryers. Not pleased with the customer service from him.

dissappointing to say the least

I have stayed at 2 other Country Inn & Suites in smaller states, and this one was horrible.. The amenities listed on this website are not at this location, no microwave in room, no refrigerator in room, the room looked old and outdated... The only reason i chose this hotel is because of the great experiences i had at the other locations in diff states, but this one was terrible. FYI, the Microtel Inn and Suites is right down the street, and for half the price... I'll will not be staying here ever again..

Quiet, clean, fantastic value

Located along a major route to get to Dallas or Ft Worth. Once we found the motel, it was easy to get around. The personel were all friendly and very willing to answer questions and help with whatever was needed. Enjoyed the stay.

very average

Noisy - people in hallways at all times being very loud. Asked for a coule of additional towels and were given tiny pool towels.

This was a great hotel, I'll be back

Over all this is one of the best hotel we went to on a family vacation. This is our third vacation this year. My four children also enjoyed this hotel,that was wonderful. The indoor pool was great on one of our rain out day and the spa for my aching feet was a dream. the breakfast was great and helped with the budget because the waffles was good. Taking the elevator you need to be patient and you may not need the internet they have a time limit on use but you are on vacation. Also the location was great to wal-mart, movie, and restruants, and to six flags over texas. I will be back using this hotel again, the room was wonderful and clean. My expericence with this hotel was very good.

Nice hotel near airport

It was a short stay. We got to the hotel at 5:00pm and left at 4:00am. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was only a few minutes from the airport. Also, there were several restaurants near the hotel
