Comfort Inn & Suites DFW Airport South

The room was well outfitted but many of the amenities didn’t work. The safe was large enough for two computers in their bags but they had to change it out. The refrigerator was a good size but kept defrosting warming the contents. The 32” TV was a good selling point but the first night it had reception issues. The continental breakfast had a wide verity but some items were running out. The agreement with Balley Fitness Center was a bonus but we had to tell the staff at both places about it. The internet was limited to 0.75 mb/s. If everything had been working properly it would have been a nice room. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the executive desk chair was nice. The proper lies almost directly under the flight path to the main runways. The saving grace was a wind out of the north putting us under the glide path.

My trip was already going badly when I arrived at the hotel and found out I had made reservations for the next weekend. The man up front was very patient as I called [...]and asked them to please cancel the reservation and book another for that weekend. I visited hurricane harbor and the young man up front kindly suggested some very helpful financial tips. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be in fact it was great and the woman working there was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean as were the bathrooms it was very quiet which I liked. This hotel is pretty small though which was the only thing I didn't like they also did not have snack machines. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff---wonderful shuttle driver and always willing to take me places and pick me up whenever I was ready!! A wonderful perk to the hotel....will for sure use their services again!! Breakfast was a good way to get my morning started before going off to do my business for the day! Quiet atmosphere at night as well-----

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasing to talk to. I had a question about the location of the building where I needed to go and they gave me great directions. The hotel was withing driving distance of several restaurants or there was a fast food restaurant right next door.

The hotel is very clean. It is easy in and out of the DFW Airport, maybe 5 minutes at most. Excellent breakfast.

Close to DFW, however the shuttle does not run all night so an early morning (before 7 am) flight will cost you a $30 taxi ride for 10 minutes to the airport. Clean and well appointed room for the cost. Air conditioning is the old type, not easily adjustable and a loud fan. I have stayed at a Comfort Inn on the North side of DFW, and would go back there in a minute. I would not stay at this Comfort Inn on the south side of DFW again because of the shuttle times and because of the beds -- very lumpy and soft. Two beds in the room, both the same. Uncomfortable.

Great location for working around DFW airport. Quiet rooms despite airplanes overflying. Remodeled rooms have nice flat screen TVs and comfortable beds. Not a whole lot of dining options nearby. Below average breakfast buffet.
