Perfect spot
My son stayed at this hotel, and he loved the spot it was in. Also, because it has a shuttle from the airport and to the train station made his trip extremely easy. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Overnight Stay
Every now and then I do something that works out perfectly. Choosing this hotel was one of those times. Previously our stays in the DFW area were always at the north end of the airport. This time we stayed at the Best Western at the southern part of the airport. We were picked up by the Best Western Shuttle, not a subcontracted shuttle that works for lots of hotels. The wait for the shuttle was 15-20 minutes at the airport which I consider normal. The driver was very informative about dining and shopping places near the hotel. We used her suggestion on a nice bar b q restaurant that turned out to be terrific. We checked into the hotel and found the lobby area to be large and cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was located in the courtyard area away from the pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. After checking in we returned to the desk where our shuttle driver drove us to the restaurant. The offer to pick us up was made, but we opted to walk back. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could be larger and softer. The typical breakfast buffet was a wonderful surprise. A large area that had fruit, yogurt, eggs and sausage along with the usual waffles and muffins. A real surprise for us. The shuttle was prompt and took us back to DFW for the rest of our journey. I suppose the best review a person can make is to state that I intend to stay here again the next time through.

Wonderful Overnight Stay
Was pleased that Walmart was that close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful to me. Van shuttle took us over to the airport and was so pleasant. The maintains man was helpful when our TV did not have a cable cord on it. Great hot water. Wonderful wake up call. I will stay here again when I come to Texas again. Jean

Need A Nap
Dancing Elephants ?
It was a cold night and when I turned on the heater, the heater had not been cleaned for I guess some time and it smelled something super bad. Bed was not comfortable. The floor sound insulation not good. I was on a bottom floor and the guy above me was training elephants or something till 2am. I am so tired now I need a nap.

Good value
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The toilet wasn't working so we had to switch rooms. It was kind of a pain but otherwise a nice visit.

Great room
The light was out in the bathroom when we arrived. There was no one available to repair it so we were upgraded to a suite. That was above and beyond my expectations.
