Wonderful Overnight Stay
Was pleased that Walmart was that close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful to me. Van shuttle took us over to the airport and was so pleasant. The maintains man was helpful when our TV did not have a cable cord on it. Great hot water. Wonderful wake up call. I will stay here again when I come to Texas again. Jean

Need A Nap
Dancing Elephants ?
It was a cold night and when I turned on the heater, the heater had not been cleaned for I guess some time and it smelled something super bad. Bed was not comfortable. The floor sound insulation not good. I was on a bottom floor and the guy above me was training elephants or something till 2am. I am so tired now I need a nap.

A night at Best Western Irving
Main point is that hotel is located close to freeway, so not so silent for the best night. Good help of staff on questions.

Good value
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The toilet wasn't working so we had to switch rooms. It was kind of a pain but otherwise a nice visit.

Great room
The light was out in the bathroom when we arrived. There was no one available to repair it so we were upgraded to a suite. That was above and beyond my expectations.

Clean and generous room with King bed. A bit noisy because of storm (not the fault of the hotel). Friendly staff.
