airport shuttle
i selected this hotel because it was close to airport and had 24 hour free shuttle. it all worked out great and the hotel had spacious comfy rooms.

swimmingpool was closed!
I specially booked a hotel with jacuzzi to be able to relax inbetween flights. I was very disapointed that is was not in service. that was not mentioned in the booking!

Not at all what I expected. Room was ultra clean, bathrooms were ultra clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to DFW airport, not far from downtown Dallas. Plenty to eat in the area. Texas shaped waffle iron for breakfast was fantastic. I wish I could have stayed longer. Only bad spot was hot tube was void of water and seemed to be non functional, although the accompanying pool was very clean.

dallas trip
there was no phone or TV services. Arrived late got ready for bed. Tried to call to the front desk for wake up call. Phones did not work. Had to get dressed and walk to the front desk. They did not know there was a problem. After that excersize I was hoping to wind down by watching TV. No TV service either. Not a great experience.

terrible shuttle issues
When I arrived at DFW, I called for the shuttle. He promised it would be there in 20 minutes. After 3 more phone calls and promises of a shuttle, none arrived. I took a cab after 90 minutes. Another angry couple was at the front desk who had experienced the same tales of a non-existent shuttle. There appears to be some shuttle scam going on with this hotel. I would have stayed someplace else (plenty of hotel shuttles come to the airport) if I had not be forced to prepay.

Stay someplace else. This hotel has some serious issues with telling tales about a shuttle that does not even appear to be running at night and you will stand at the airport for hours.

Comfortable Layover!
Had a layover in DFW and it was perfect for us. There is a shuttle going back and forth constantly. I really enjoyed the staff as well.

An okay stay at a very affordable price.
The room was latge, and that was nice as I was staying for a week on business. The breakfast was minimalist though free. I did'nt like te selections so just had juice and coffee and kept a few items in the fridge in the room to eat.
