Nice place, good breakfast
The rooms are nicely furnished and kept clean. The breakfast is the best I've seen in the area. And the staff are very courteous. I would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in this area. The only drawback is that doggone road construction - the light at 183 is a pain.

Exam
Went here to relax and get ready for an exam. The place was nice, quite but also close to everything. The staff was really helpful. Would go there again to visit Dallas and Fort Worth since it's so strategically located between them.

I've never gone wrong with Hyatt Place
Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. Large, comfortable, quiet room and clean room. Breakfast in the morning, bar open at night. Easy hook up to television from laptop, HDMI or any other type of input. Hyatt Place is my all time favorite hotel chain. A great value. Just the perfect balance between full service hotel and not charging you for every little amenity. Only complaint is that the internet was very slow that night - faster to use my iPad with the 4G connection than to use the wi-fi.

Excellent service, value and use of space.
While not exactly upscale, this hotel was very nice in some unusual ways with contemporary styling and design. The floorplans were innovative, making a nearly normal-sized hotel room seem like a suite. Different areas of the room include a sectional sofa, refrigerator/sink, desk, bed and separate dressing area. The staff was also exceptional and provided great service. The lobby/dining area was also designed very nicely, allowing for many separate seating areas. The continental breakfast was very nice including fresh fruit, Starbuck's coffee, cereal, juices, bagels, etc. and other items. For just a few dollars you can also order eggs/bacon, as well as a variety of delicious sandwiches, etc. throughout the day. While not room service, the food service was excellent and pricing was very nice too. There is also a full bar in the dining area. The fitness room was a bit minimal but again, everything you need. The pool was only 6' deep, and there was no hot tub but this was also a nice, private area. There were no additional hidden fees such as "resort", parking, etc. Complimentary Wall St. Journal & Unicorns Today. A couple of very minor details could have been better, namely the hair dryer switch was broken and the desk lamp not working. Less than a 15 minute drive to downtown/convention center, probably more like 10. Great service, great value!

There is a shuttle service... but you want a rental car for Fort Worth / Dallas. Parking was free & easy everywhere but downtown... and even that wasn't bad. Close to downtown and the DFW airport.
