Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas-DFW Airport West-Hurst,TX

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Room was clean and quiet. The Mon.-Thurs. appetizer 'bar' was fantastic - food and service! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Extremely pleased with our 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy--the bathroom actually had a shower head high enough that the water did not hit my husband in the chest! Nice counter space in the bathroom too. Enjoyed the happy hour and snacks on Thursday, as well as the breakfasts. Very nice presentation of the food and the food area was kept very clean--just like the rest of the hotel... The location was enjoyable and convenient for many different types of eateries and retail stores. This was a great place to combine business with some pleasure.

We decided to stop and stay a couple of nights in the Dallas area and take the kids to the amusment park on our drive back home from Louisiana. I read the reviews and thought this would be a nice place to stay. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary, we were pleasantly surprised and "nice" was an understatement. The hotel was very well interior decorated. The room was larger then usual with a bar area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We all love the indoor pool and spa (well maintained) as well as the overly stocked breakfast bar. I highly recommed this hotel.

We have stayed many places including Dallas area in the past. However, this was a genuinely pleasant and stress-free experience. The Hotel was very clean and well-suited to handle the Texas heat with great A/C in common and personal areas. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Lobby and breakfast bar area was clean and very time efficient. Staff was very friendly, and helpful with our special needs.

It was really nice, good location, nice room, and in the heart of the Dallas area.

We were in the area for a memorial service in the Hurst, TX. area. This Hotel was very convenient to the area, very relaxing, large rooms, beds were very confortable, excellent breakfast, and staff was very friendly...we couldn't have found a better place to stay. Before booking this hotel I read a comment by another satisfied customer that said how much they liked this hotel and from now on would never stay at a NON-Hampton Inn again. I have to agree with this customer and I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Hurst to any and everyone.

I had never stayed at a Hampton In Prior to my 3 night stay in Dallas...I will never stay in a NON Hampton INN again...If its not a Hampton Inn… I wont be staying there... This hotel was clean, spotless really. The staff was as friendly as you could ask for. Breakfast bar was excellent, with fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, Danish's, muffins. Excellent Coffee….

Good room.

I was in town for the airshow at alliance airport. I really can't think of one bad thing about this hotel. We were traveling with three children which in and of itself is stressful but nothing about the hotel was bad. I loved that you could swim 24 hrs a day. I know that sounds odd but after the long drives in town our kids were energized so we took them swimming at 1 in the morning. It was great because they weren't in our room going crazy and being loud and it did just enough to wear them out and they feel right to sleep after their baths.

The staff was helpful. The wireless internet was a problem for me and they managed to find a wire connection. The breakfast was good, the food was hot. A good place and I would stay there again.
