not smoke free as described
I chose this hotel because I dod not want to take the chance of getting stuck with a smoking room. I got my smoke free room, but head's up...this place has smoking rooms and i could smell smoke in the hallways. They advertise the hotel as smoke free- not true.

Clean and Close
Stayed at the hotel last minute during a layover and was pleased with how clean my room was. A shuttle bus picked and dropped me off at the hotel in a timely manner. The breakfast bar could have been better but it was sufficient.

Wake up call???
I arrived late only to find the air conditioner not turned on in my room - upon turning it on - the air was blowing straight up the curtains - I had to put my purse and carry on against the curtains so that the air blew in to the room I asked for 2 wake up calls and received none - I also was not told that the shuttle comes every half hour -a bit of info that was pretty relevant

Excellent value !
As participant at Summer National Senior Games held at Humble's Turner Stadium, this location was excellent. The staff were most accommodating and made sure that we had extra towels etc. and even served breakfast earlier than intended so athletes could avail themselves of food befoe spending long hours at the track.

economical overnight near airport
This is a newer hotel close to airport. It is quiet, clean and the staff were friendly. It is a great value if you are in need of overnight accommodations close to the airport.

Sleep Inn and Suites, Humble, TX
The East side of the hotel is bordered by a dog boarding facility, which was pretty noisy. Granted the weather was nice, but the only pool/hot tub were outdoor. The continental breakfast was comparable at best. It is close to IAH airport, and US 59, but for the cost, I would prefer a place with and indoor pool/spa.

Best Experience
This hotel by far is the best one we have stayed at when being stranded at the airport. The hotel accommodated us very well for we didn't have any toiletries with us. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast that was set up early for us since we had to be back at the airport by 5:30. The guy that was working there was very generous, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anyone that is passing through or stranded at the airport. The hotel is really new since it has the new hotel smell when you walk in. Also its very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport at no charge. Loved it

Newest hotel on the block
Was stranded at the airport and had to end up staying in Houston. Thank god this hotel accommodated us very well with everything we needed. We had a shuttle pick us up and drop us off from and to the airport. Had a good night's rest in a very comfy bed and had a superb breakfast early in the morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They by far had the friendliest staff at this hotel. I don't think anyone could go wrong in staying here.
