TX Stay
Everything was fine for the amount of time we spent in the hotel room. The only thing I wish that they would do differently, is to offer hot coffee in the lobby as well as an early-bird breakfast. We had to depart by 5:00 a.m. and the only coffee was that awful stuff in the rooms! I did not feel comfortable having to leave my credit card for "incidentals" like smoking or pets. The shuttle to the airport was great! We were there ontime and within 15 mintues from leaving the hotel! I would stay there again.

Very Nice
We had the 2 bedroom suite for 5 people. Very comfortable although for some reason we couldn't get the moisture out the room. Bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub and was very spacious. Very close to airport so could hear the airplanes, but it wasn't too bad. Overall very convenient.

Good for staying close to the airport
We chose this hotel because it is conveniently located 5 minutes away fron the airport. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean except for the bathtub which had mold all over the corners.

perfect location
Like a lot of lower-end hotels, the room was clammy and humid. The air conditioner was loud and never cut through the humidity. But no worse than dozens of other hotels I've stayed at. You can't beat the location, if you have business at Bush Airport.

Excellent stay close to airport
We were taken to the wrong Baymont Inn on our arrival to Houston. There are two in the Houston airport area and we were on the wrong shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helped get us to the correct Baymont. The other Baymont is fancier looking but also way more expensive then the Humble Baymont. We found that the mattress, linens and towels at the Humble Baymont to be of superior quality and were pleasantly surprised despite the exterior appearance of the hotel. We'd stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone passing by that way to stay at the Humble Baymont..save $ and enjoy quality that you'd find at more expensive hotels! Service was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was quick, and delicious. It was a super experience for us.

Make sure you ask for the HUMBLE Baymont and save yourself from being delivered to the WRONG Baymont. Staff is friendly at both hotels and will get you to the correct one, but you'll add to your travel time if you end up at the wrong Baymont.

Accidentally booked smoking- smoking rooms absolutely smell like smoke
Good price for hotel. Accidentally booked a smoking room, it definitely smelled like smoke. Room doesn't feel like it was cleaned well, but the bed was very clean and comfy. Easy to find. Good breakfast. Would stay again, jut hopefully in a non-smoking room.
