Excellent staff, very friendly
We were in the Houston area for a job fair. We spent 4 days here and felt the location was ideal. The staff was very helpful and polite. Any dealings we had with the staff were met with a positive and cheerful attitude. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. No complaints here. We would definitely stay here again.

Overrated
I picked this hotel because of its previous 3 star rating- supposedly nicest in the area. Yeah not so much! Rooms are outdated, not clean, disgusting bathrooms and I even checked bedbug website too make sure it wasn't on the list! It wasn't but I still felt gross sleeping there. Breakfast service was horrible and the staff couldn't handle simple requests. I travel a lot and have experienced many hotels. Need-less-to-say- I will not be staying at this place ever again.

Great hotel
Absolutely delicious breakfast at restaurant. Every possible breakfast item was available and every item was prepared perfectly. Hot items were hot. The eggs, oatmeal, grits and bacon were perfect. Coffee and orange juice was delicioius. I booked here because the reception for a wedding I attended was held at this hotel. Staff was courteous at reception and service was good . Room was clean, Bath linens and toiletry items were generous. Bed linens and pillows were very nice. Easy check-in, check-out. Beautiful pool--wish I'd remembered to bring my swim suit.

Good customer service
For business travel, this was a nice hotel. We were a big group and the hotel staff was very accommodating in our schedules, shuttling us to our conference, taking us to the airport, etc. The staff a the front desk was also very accommodating.

Achieved Expectation
Staff was very friendly from top to bottom. The Gym/Pool/Guest area's were clean and orderly. Was disappoint that I was put next to the elevators for a 3-night stay. The constant rumbling sound was a bit annoying. You should save these rooms for one-night guests or as last available boarding. All and all, I was very pleased.

Better than most in the area :)
No real complaints other than they prompt you to conserve water by reusing towels and sheets, but when I did as directed they were replaced with clean ones anyway.
