Super 8 IAH West/Greenspoint

I stayed here just for a night to be near the airport. Overall pretty good. Free breakfast but I didn't get to have that as my flight was early in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable but the walls were really thin. Could hear the people next door snoring!

The hotel room was fine until I saw a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. I complained about it and they were willing to change my room, but if one room has it then all the other ones will be the same. They changed all my beddings the next day but I honestly couldn't sleep well at that hotel. The so called breakfast was non existing. There were biscuits but no eggs, gravy bacon...what was the point. The waffle batter was just as watery as the syrup. Coffee wasn't that great either. The so called business center had one computer which wasn't working properly. Very dissapointed in this hotel.

I was very disappointed in the establishment. The staff was helpful and agreeable but they were understaffed - we had to go to the front desk to retreive an extra blanket and towels (we were tired of waiting for it to arrive). I had specifically called ahead to make sure the room was a suite and was told yes. Come to find out there was no such room in the whole hotel - so the baby and we had terrible sleep as he is a light sleeper and early to bed. The first room we were assigned was dirty and smelled of smoke (we ordered a non-smoking room) - it was easily changed, but what a hassel! I am sorry but I would not recommend this hotel to another - the staff is kind, but it doesn't make up for the lack of sleep, hassels, and original misleading.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Great value, good staff. Minor complaint: tv channel guide and despite claim otherwise, no hbo on my tv.

Very clean, modern room. Even had a ceiling fan!

Was visiting Houston with my daughter to check out the Aldine school district for her to possibly student teach next year. Our stay at the Super 8 hotel was a great experience, from the hotel staff to the updated, clean rooms, everything was great!

This hotel is not the closest hotel to the airport. This hotel does not offer an onsite ATM. This hotel is not within short walking distance of quality restaurants or bars. The hotel does offer a complimentary airport shuttle. Allow 30 minutes from time of request.

The room was very clean, does not show the signs of typical hotel wear and tear yet. We'd never been to the area and the hotel staff was great at giving us directions to places we were trying to find and with suggestions on where to go. Would definitely stay there again. The location was great, pretty close to shopping areas. (Never checked out the fitness center or jacuzzi/pool.)

Very helpful & professional staff. Very clean and well maintained facility. Quiet, even though it is close to IAH. Only downside is there are no restuarants close. We'll stay here again.
