The location of this hotel was good, but the quality wasnt that great. The pillows weren't that comfortable and we found a cockroach our first night. The cable for the tv was messed up for a good 3-4 hours or so and we couldn't watch tv.

Good & Bad
The price was reasonable but the room had a lot to be desired. The water pipes popped and knocked all night (had to wear earplugs just to sleep), the springs in the bed poked through, and maid service was always forgetting to replace something. They also only had one ice machine for the whole motel (both floors), and sometimes it did not work when you finally found it.

Not what I expected
The first room that we were assigned to the A/C was broken and would not cool. We also found cockroaches in the room. The staff immediately moved us but then the second room had a weird smell to it. We didnt spend a lot of time at the hotel because of this reason. Also there seemed to be several people "living" at the Hotel that made my children extremely unconfortable.

There are many places to eat within short driving distances. The location gave us great access to downtown Houston and the city of Katy.

Nice stay.
I was suffering from a really bad headache on the first morning of my stay,(about 4am)I dialled the front desk to ask for some aspirins also some toothpaste but I was told that they do not carry any of these.I was rather dissappointed,I think these are simple little emergency items that should be made readily available for guest during their stay,even if it's not free.(This is just my suggestive opinion).

room was great staff was great ---but had to drive to mac donalds down the road to use the internet at the hotel was not available any time of day or night ===i would have stayed next door at motel 6 if i knew internet was not working

you get what you pay for......
It served its purpose.Great location,room was clean but needed some work.Air conditioner temp control was broke,but i used a screw driver and changed it.Shower fixtures leaked and the hot/cold water knob was not working properly.There are other motels in the same location that are newer and cost the same or less. This is the poorest Super 8 I have stayed at.

lied to about non smokeing rooms by hote
it was bad had to argue with night cleark to get my smoke free room wich i was told [...] i had but noooooo .. bad all around would not stay agian
