Super 8 Houston/NASA/Webster Area

i arrived on Friday and the staff was very helpful. She said she couldn't give me a military discount, but it wasn't that big of a deal. When I got to my room, the tv is an old tv and had no way of hooking anything up. The Internet required a password and the one they gave me didn't work. Rooms where nice for the price and customer service was awesome!!

We stayed here overnight coming from Galveston -Schlitterbahn to be well positioned to go to the NASA space center the next day. It was better than we expected. The entire property was well kept and the staff were capable and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It was not fancy but looks to have been renovated. Nice beds. Good parking. Good layout. Felt safe. Be aware that fridge and microwave may have to be plugged in before use.

Quiet room. Nice sitting area, separated by a half wall. Just what I expected for the price, which was the lowest I found in the area.

I was first placed in a smoking room despite my request. In itself that was minor, as I was eventually moved to a new room. However, this presaged a pattern. I had an accidental spill which I notified the desk about. The cleaning staff ignored it, then claimed that they had cleaned it to the best of their ability. The spot was identical to its appearance that morning, and I was able to clean it with no more than a washcloth. It was quite clear that no attempt was made to clean, and that the statement about "cleaning to the best of their ability" was an outright lie, but I was charged a $100 cleaning fee.

It is very close to NASA and the Kemah Boardwalk. Easy access to I45. Plenty of restaurants located nearby. The office staff had great recommendations for where to go. The original reservation was misunderstood but they were very good about correcting. It was very clean and quiet. We slept too late to go to the breakfast but it is more that cereal and bagels.

had put in for a none smoking room. when I arrived they said they only had smoking ones, and not the room I had already reserved on line. Not a safe family neighborhood.

Hotel management was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. A good experience.

The room smelled bad and the tv remote did not work. However the room was attractively furnished and looked very nice.

I chose this motel because it's close to space center Houston. Actually it's not very close to it. I need to walk more than 20 minutes to get to the space center. And the environment around this motel is not such good. Dark, few stores, and only a Subway store made me comfortable. However, the room is really good. The sheets on the bed are clean, hot water in bathroom is good, and the microwave and refreige work well. There're both wired internet and wireless internet. The speed is good.
