Sun Suites of Westchase

Decent queen size bed, large room and kitchen did not make up for the smell and roaches. There's a small dog area right next to this facility so right when you walk out your room you can smell dog poop. We got a non-smoking room but it still smelled. We only chose this motel because it had a kitchen but we ended up not using it and we're unhappy about the roach issue. Would not stay here again.

it was ok but there was roaches in two rooms that they moved us to...then the third one the burners didnt work and then there was a crickte that lived in our ac and wouldnt shut up at night.

I was in the Houston area to meet with clients in the downtown area. The hotel is located approximately 1.5 blocks from several bus lines that take you the downtown area. The trips are affordable, however it does take 40 minutes.

Location was great. Hotel was horrible. Terrible smoke smell in room. Beds were not comfortable. Mother lives near here. Have stayed in a variety of hotels in area. This is by far the worst experience I have had.

It was a total disaster. First of all,when I arrived I was told that cheap ticket did not book me into the "hotel". They kept me till 10.30 pm until [...] negotiated with them before they gave me a room. Next morning they insisted I should pay for the room as they said [...] did not pay them. I refused to pay them and they threatened to debit my credit card.In respect to your 2nd question, everything was missing that would have made my stay enjoyable. Comparison, I had similar experince last time I used you to book a hotel. When I arrived the hotel said you did not book me in the hotel. As itis I am not minded to use your hotel booking any time soon.

I think it was a god deal for 37$.And its in a good location with good facilities.We have choices of restaurants and fast food centre nearby within 1 mile.I enoyed the stay.I would recommend sunsuites of westchase,houston

MAN AT DESK WANTED A COPY OF CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH WE BOOKED AND PAID THRU [...], HE SAID IT WAS FOR LONG DISTANCE BUT THERE WAS A SIGN OUT FRONT AND AT THE DESK ADVERTISING FREE LONG DISTANCE. WE DECLINDED TO GIVE CREDIT CARD AND HE GAVE US OUR KEY.??????

The sign on the office door said it opens at 8am and the staff did not show up till pass noon. When we called to the corporate office they said they can not help?? They had guys with baggy pants that hang down to their knees walking around our cars all night and one of them came up to us and asked us if we needed girls or anything tonight. Not a safe place for any one.......

I was in Houston on Business and reserved a room for 2 nights. I booked it along with my flight and car rental. I had requested a nonsmoking room yet it smelled very strongly of smoke. There were bugs in the sink and you could hear every word the neighbors next door were saying. Also, the room was just not clean. I had to leave the hotel because I could not stay there and had to go down the street and get a room at the Holiday Inn Express. I tried to get it cancelled with the girl at the front desk but she said could not do that.

Oh my god...where do I begin with this nightmare of a hotel! First...the hotel does not do regular housekeeping! They won't even come to pick up your trash or give towels without charging you extra for it. There were dead roaches and live roaches crawling in the kitchen. The stove worked on and off. The lights blew out and was in the dark for a day. Last time I ever stay at a sun suites!
