Room includes an apartment size kitchen with refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, full size microwave, high speed internet acess, in-room coffee maker, dishes, and utensils, well-lit kitchen table/work area, alarm clock, radio, personal voice mail service and data port hookup, remote control cable TV with free HBO, a comfortable well-lit living area. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Definition of Horrible
Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Discusting, dirty, smelly (When I turned the heater on at night it smelled like urin).

Poor choice
I was very dissapointed with the room's condition. I appreciate the fact that I was given the choice to choose another room. It has been by far my worst experience in hotels.

good location
This hotel was noisy. some people hanging around the rooms, outside on the walk ways drinking beer and smoking. Some people live there and didn't go to bed til 2:30am. the noise started again at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. You could hear people talking thru the walls.(thin walls)

the good bad and really ugly (the hotel)
I stayed there only one night. There were things that bit in the bed or the carpet in the room. I booked a room at a differnt hotel (Marriot) for less money.[...]

Overall, the hotel was OK; the staff was courteous and friendly and the room adequate. I had a problem getting the wi-fi network to connect to the internet.

If I were you, I would not even have this hotel listed as a place to stay on your website. Maybe you should have someone from your company go spend the night there and have them rate this dump. I checked in and within 1 minute, made my decision that I wouldn't stay there.
