Poor choice
I was very dissapointed with the room's condition. I appreciate the fact that I was given the choice to choose another room. It has been by far my worst experience in hotels.

nice outside, but thats it
When we arrived the room was never vacuumed. We stayed for 8 nights and we never had our towels refreshed once!! The room had a very bad odor. The room was not once cleaned through out our stay. We would never stay again at this hotel.

"Easy access to freeway"
Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was great! Room was clean except for floors were damp and filthy. After 5hrs there had to clean feet in tub water was black with all the filth from floor. Was infested with gnats and mosquitos in room. Spent first hour killing all the bugs.

I had better
Customer service was good. But it didn't get housekeeping service everyday like I usually get at every other hotel I stayed at. No fresh towels daily no beds made.

Super mad couple
Awful filthy dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was AWFUL! The bed was so old that the springs were comeing through. The bathroom was filthy. The rooms stunk really bad.

Perfect for a Family Get-away!

Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
Non-smoing room still smelled like smoke. Pet deposit is rediculouse considering all the poo on the ground.

Fair place to stay
Sun Suites at Intercontinental (Greenspoint), HOUSTON, TX was a place we would recommend if you do not want to spend alot on a room. The beds are extremely small, if you choose the double-bed rooms. Also, take your own iron. There are no irons in each room. We called the office to ask for one, and were told they were all taken. (It was a good thing we ironed ahead of time...at home, or we would have been in trouble.) The motel was clean and we may stay there again if we were needing an inexpensive room again.

maintenance was rude
Office staff was nice but maintenance was rude when asked for towels , didnt know we had to get towels from the office , felt that was uncalled for .They talked among themselfs when we passed by... location was good for me it was close to alot of family but dont think I will go back .
