OMG

I checked in, went to put my stuff in the bathroom, and found curly black hair on the floor, toilet, sink and tub, OMG! DISGUSTING. I immediately went to the CS desk, and asked to have it cleaned while I was gone. I returned 9 hours later, and the toilet was cleaned. THATS IT! I went down to get a broom and dustpan and cleaned it myself. OMG, GROSS!!!!! NOTHING was done about it. I can't believe they rent out rooms that are not cleaned. The floor in the room was buckled, like it had major water damage. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was nice though!
