Beautiful & Peaceful
Perfct Hotel for everything. The pillow top bed was confortable. The free coffee was the best smooth coffee because the Hotel used Wolf Gang Puck. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

For the zone I would expect more quality
For the zone this hotel is located, right next (literally) to the Galleria shopping center, I would expect more quality overall. The service is fine, the food is normal, it is clean, good internet connection. However, the facilities look old compared to other hotels from the same brand. If you need a place to stay that is convenient for all your shopping, this is an OK alternative.

WONDERFUL PLACE GREAT STAFF & BREAKFAST
OH MY GOODNESS, THE STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANYMORE POLITE, THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR, THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS PLACE DESERVES FIVE STARS
