A Little Disappointing

Overall, I'd have to say I was disappointed with this hotel. Normally, I would stay at a Courtyard, but could not get a room during this trip. As a result, I tried the Spring Hill. The rooms were dated, musty, and about equal to a Super 8 in comparison. The printer downstairs for business users did not operate properly and was told I would need to use their back office PC to retrieve an email and print the document I needed. Wasn't the worst place I'd ever stayed, but It was disappointing. I would not stay at another Spring Hill in the future if I can avoid it.

First Time User

This was the first time I used [...]to find a hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and we all liked the hotel. It was going through some construction so some areas were closed but they did there best to make us feel comfortable. It was very close to the medical center. I would definetely stay again.

Fantastic comfort & sleep before surgery

We were only there for one night. My husband was having surgery the next day at St. Luke's, so it was important that we be relaxed and get a good nights sleep. We both were very comfortable and relaxed. The beds with luxurious sheets and a variety of 6 down pillows, firm, soft, medium on each bed. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds that we have ever slept in. We both had a very good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was great with a large variety. Over all It was a great stay.

Time-saving tip: In Hotel

They had a great store like snack room by the front desk, it had food, snacks, drinks. shaving item's, medicine and it was available all hours.
