Clean and Comfortable
Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Room was clean and had good amenities. Traffic is awful in the Galleria area and getting into this hotel is daunting if you are exiting the 610 loop. Plan ahead. Also if you like good pizza, I don't recommend room service. Although I know everybody has their own opionion on pizza

Nice hotel. But the incidentals...
This was a pleasure trip to meet with friends and enjoy some shopping. The location was good, near some of my favorite restaurants and also near the Galleria. Parking was $12/night ($19 for valet). Restaurant breakfast buffet and night meals were a bit pricey. But the steak was very good. The chairs in the restaurant were not confortable at all, making one sit on the front edge of the seat in order to be able to get to the food. The exercise room was very good, but you had to go outside to get to it. (It was a bit chilly) Overall, I would stay here again if it weren't for the slow broadband. As an on-line gamer, it just wasn't good enough. Most hotels have better. Between the parking and the cost of meals, I ran up almost $150 in incidentals over the 4 days I was there.

Unbeatable location for the great price
I really liked the hotel it was very clean and the staff were very professional and acccommodating! I love the location because you are in "shopping heaven" being in walking distance to the Galleria! I've stayed at various hotels in that location and this was by far the best hotel experience I have had! I loved my room, very nice and the suite was so spacious! I'm a bathtub fanatic, it was a typical hotel small bathtub! Oh well, you can't have everything! Computers in the lobby was an added perk! I used them! No charge! The price was awesome, I couldn't believe it! [...]

Relaxing, smokefree atmosphere
I was in town to gather with family as our mother was passing on. Shared a room with my sister and we took turns sitting at her bedside and returning to the hotel to grab a few hours of sleep. It was a peaceful, quiet oasis in a difficult week. Comfortable beds, quiet room, good blackout curtains for daytime sleeping.

Not Bad at All
Every single contact I had with hotel personnel showed them to be polite, cooperative and helpful. Rooms are excellent, but stay away from rooms near the elevator that face the highway. The roar of the hall ventilator combined with the traffic is constant. The front desk quickly moved me to a nice, quiet room. TV channel selection could be better (no movie channels like HBO, etc.) Suite is plenty large for the cost and bed was very comfortable. Oh, no Coke, only Pepsi to be had in the hotel. Diet Coke folks like me have to hit the CVS before check in.

Nice but pricy.
This was a nice hotel, our room was great and clean. The restaurant is pricy on the breakfast compared to the quality, so we eat out. We were in Houston on a pleasure trip and the hotel has a nice location for that.

Impressive hotel
[...]The hotel was very impressive upon entering. It was very clean and the decor was very modern and nice. The restaurant (Omaha Steaks) was also a nice touch. The food was better than average but nothing to go crazy over. The workout room was nice and clean with a full range of exercise equipment and weights. The pool was a bit small but that too was kept clean and there were several families in there enjoying themselves. The hotel room itself was open and good zized. Upon walking through the front door you are greeted by the living room and a large flat screen TV. To the right there was a large counter-top for your toiletries followed by the door into the small but clean bathroom. The bedroom also had a flat screen TV although slightly smaller than what was in the living room. The hotels wireless network was very easy to connect to albeit the connection was pretty poor.Overall the hotel is a good place to stay and is located right in the middle of the Galleria. It took about 15 minutes to get to downtown Houston. To access the hotel was a bit of a challenge because I was not familiar with Houston's 'frontage' roads but once you get used to it you should have no problems getting around. Be sure to bring directions with you!! :)
