excellent hotel in ideal location
Found the hotel easily on the service road by the loop, had an excellent experience with desk clerk and the receiver in the drive-in parking area while I was registering, and the room was most comfortable and clean, and even quite attractive. Because of time constraints I ate supper there rather than go out to one of Houston's many fine restaurants and found the food to be both reasonably priced and tasty. Good service also. I would happily stay there again when I go for my next check up at the Medical Center. The comfort of the hotel and the fine service more than compensate for the drive over to the Center.

Great location, average hotel
Had to move to another room, as very noisy next to the freeway. Rooms were okay, sofas very outdated and hard.

Okay
I came there to go to a hospital for testing so basically was there just to sleep. When I arrived they gave me a member suite upgrade, but the room had wet carpet in front of vanity that I stepped in with my shoes off and it was gross!! Not sure if someone had spilled something or they had cleaned that area and it was still wet, so they moved me to a different room after my first 30 minutes there. Everything was fine except that carpet in the new room was very old and dirty. Looked like it needed replaced. This was a turn off for me to return there again.

Pretty God
I didn't really use the amenities , was out all the days I was there that's why I gave it an overall 3. The hotel staff was very good for the most part ne lady at the front desk could have been nicer that's it though. The hotel is very convenient, very close to the mall. The hotel shuttle took us to where we needed to go & picked us up no complaints there. I'd recommend the hotel. No complaints!

Nice hotel, nothing outstanding
It's a good place to stay, it feels a bit outdated in the furnishings and decorations in the room but very confortable. I don't like to parking fees of $15/day I wish they could be lower for frequent travelers.

Our stay was very nice! Except at check out, they billed us for something we paid cash for and we had to pay an additional $15 a night for parking which is ridiculous to me and should be included in your hotel stay!

Nice stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton near the Galleria. The location was close to excellent shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The hotel was nice but not nice enough to rank 5 star. Otherwise, the reason I am taking the time to fill out this survey, was that the staff did an excellent job making sure we were happy during our stay.
