Stayover in Houston due to late flight
Hotel is a really good value at the rate we paid. Close to the airport and airport parking. Quick in quick out.

No Shuttle and Nobody Answering the Phone
We waited over 30 minutes for the complimentary shuttle and it never arrived. We called the front desk number on the reservation, nobody answered, so we tried the courtesy phone by the terminal exit, nobody answered, we called Sheraton Worldwide, they gave us a disconnected number. Eventually we took a cab. The OK ending was that the person at the front desk immediately refunded us the cab fare, but it took us over an hour (on a 12 hour layover) to get to a hotel that is 2 miles from the airport.

Convenient and reasonable
Stayed after an evening event in Houston and before an early morning flight. Desk staff was very pleasant both morning and evening. Shuttle driver made me late at the airport that morning because it wasn't "his turn" to go but desk staff lit a fire under him. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to use it.

A bit noisy, but a decent place to stay if you get stuck in Houston overnight.
I was only there long enough to get some sleep and head back to the airport for an early morning flight. Front desk staff provided a quick and easy check in experience. There was a lot of door closing and ice machine noise that I could hear, but overall it was fine.

nice view of the freeway, but great price
Room where I stayed Had a funny smell kind of like a wet rag . view of the room was not the nicest, but defenitely price was great , over all you get alot for under 100 dollars.
