Good location, within walking distance from the Galleria. Staff was friendly and very cooperative. However, I was expecting a hotel with full service. This hotel is more suitable for extended stay travelers.

the room was large but at first they tried to give me a smaller room with a microwave instead but they moved us to a bigger room with a real oven at our request. I got locked out on the balcony and had to jump off of the balcony to go to the front door to get back in the key didn't work on the back door . I fell and bruised my back pretty badly . The galleria was ok there are several restaurants to chose from but I hate malls and it was a mad house right before Christmas.

Fantastic family getaway
I expected the bed king size, I didn't like those plastic dishes during breakfast,but all in all everything was ok, and the location very convenient.

Good, clean hotel
we went on a food vacation as well as shopping! The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The full breakfast was delicious. The only thing was at night, the pool was filled with ghetto noisy people. So... We didnt swim at night.

Nice, Convenient Hotel
The hotel was very nice, different than other Residence Inns I've stayed at, but that's because it is in a prime location next to the Galleria shopping area. It is gated (thought they always activate when you drive in or out, so I'm not sure of the point) and there is plenty of ample parking. The doors to the rooms are keyed which is a bit more work to get in, but good for security. The rooms are very nice with all the amenities of a Residence Inn; mine had a kitchen and living room and a separate bedroom. Very nice complimentary hot breakfast in the AM and nice receptionist events in the evening thought I didn't have time to attend. The staff was much more friendly and accomodating than most hotels.

Short drive from hotel
Very close to access to many main highways which will take you anywhere in Houston. I found it an ideal location as a jumping-off point to do business in the area.

Business and family in Houston
Visited Houston for business and took my family with me. Excelent location, I could park the rented car within the hotel (the galeria area is like a little manhattan) then drive small distances to any destination. The best part, my family walked only 1 block into the shopping center. Lot of security around. Not too fancy but you with all the needs you may have. Excelent price for that location.
