Bad for Business Travelers
I expect any Marriott Residence Inn to be a good place to put employees where they can be comfortable and work productively. NOT THIS ONE. The internet connection was essentially NON-FUNCTIONAL. The sole printer in the business centre was out of toner for 2 days. The incredible thing was that the management was fully aware of these things but was TOTALLY UNCONCERNED. My people were told "Yeah, the internet here is years old, doesn't work and needs to be replaced." But there were no plans to do that anytime soon, and they couldn't even be bothered to get toner for their printer. We had booked and prepaid two rooms for an extended stay, but my people could not work there. When we asked to move to another Residence Inn nearby the indifferent manager of this location was entirely unhelpful and would not do anything to help us get a refund for the balance of our stay. This is probably the worst Residence Inn we've ever encountered.
