Good for a flight stop over
The room was good overall nice and clean. We were there only for a stop over, a bit far from airport (our cab driver got lost). We had to check in the outside in the rain.It was Thanksgiving weekend and no restaurant was open. It did provide us with a microwave (no stores near), coofee maker and television.

Close to Bush Intercontinental
The Regency Suites was an okay stay for the couple nights we stayed. We were on a business trip and needed to check out very early on our departure and I was appreciative of the attendant on duty who gave us information about obtaining a receipt for our stay. However, I would caution about some of the other guests who were disruptive to our rest on our fist night stay. Loud crying and fighting the night we arrived and then the following morning a loud blasting rap style of music from a car stereo woke us prematurely. Hotel personnel failed to attend the situation and I had to get up and leave my room, go out side and ask the offenders to please turn it down.

Bad part of town and no iron in room
The rooms are nice and the staff is fine however it is in a marginal location and they do not have an iron in the room and none were available at the front counter. Free broadband was nice.

The Hotel From Hades
I should have known as soon as the desk clerk greeted me from behind security glass. My room smelled of coverup deodorizer, and the bathroom was especially bad. The television made intermittent static noises. The occasional rumbling that vibrates the room is a freight train passing directly behind the hotel. One time as I left my room I was greeted by a juvenile right outside my door, wearing his pants welll below his buttocks, who asked me for a cigarette (I don't smoke). Breakfast is a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee from a machine in the 15' x 15' lobby with no space for a table. Knock on the clerk's security window if you want milk for your cereal. I looked, but never found a complimentary newspaper. I kept noticing that cars in the parking lot would only stay for an hour or two, then not be seen again. In the mornings, there were hardly any cars in the lot. It appears that you can buy rooms by the hour at this hotel. The huge mirror on the wall right next to my bed reinforces my opinion. The pillows are 3 feet long and 3 inches high of hard foam (useless for sleeping). Thanks to Orbitz's no refund policy, I was stuck in this hotel from Hades for 4 unbearable nights.

Discusstoing Hotel
Discussting. Carpet was not vacuumed, bathroom was not clean and pillows cover were not changed from prior guests. We arrive late by midnight and tired and unfortunately we let it go. Orbitz should refrain to use these type of Hotels, we the customers are OK for small room and not very amenities but CLEANEASS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
