hotel need cleaning
When check in we went to our room and someone was in it. gave us new room was need of remodel. restroom was not clean. beside comode and behind it needed cleaning. candy papers beside bed and nite stand. carpet stunk needed to have cleanede and deoderant. we sprayede good with ferbreeze

Thanksgiving holiday with family
The staff was helpful and the service was the best ever. The location was great and within both sides of family members which made the stay super.

The Katy Mills mall had everything a person would need. Make sure you make time in order to see everything. Plus there are many stores along the route to the mall.
