Wonderful staff, obviously it's the low price choice and that's just to be expected. A little out-of-the-way to reach as there is no entrance off Katy Dr., but not a problem. Some hotels have the pillow beds this hotel had comfortable beds but not pillow beds.

It is what it is. It is a budget hotel that is well positioned to service the Energy Corridor. Close to I10 and close to plenty of fast food outlets to satisify every taste.

The staff was helpful and the service was the best ever. The location was great and within both sides of family members which made the stay super.

Front desk is as friendly and helpful as usual....houskeeping lady was very friendly and deligent.Its nice that they have coffe in the lobby all day and was very easy to get my reservation extended another night thru [...]. However, I noticed that my room card was de-activated before the 12 midday check-out time.

I was out most the the time, visiting friends and eating/drinking out. Would have been nice to have had a small fridge, microwave and iron in the room. I thought I had read something about having those amenities in a brochure. The common areas like the elevator was noticeably dirty when I arrived there and when I left it looked even worse, making me think that cleaning was not a priority here.

I was able to book a great rate through [...] using my smartphone and check in immediately upon booking. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was in good shape, except trash under the bed and a roach spotted on the headboard (both a sign of lazy housekeepers).

Service was slow, toilet did not flush, smelled like smoke, no hot water from 7 am to 9 am, roach buddies in bed.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, I was told I would have a room w/2 queen beds..I had 2 full beds, the sheets weren't changed every day, the personnel at the front desk was rude, and who has a motel without a hair blowdryer and an ironing board and iron..RED ROOF. All in all I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Staff was very friendly, however the rooms need updating. The air conditioner had dripped onto the carpet and there was a huge wet area against the wall. I requested a smoking room, but didn't even smoke in it due to the smoke residue left from previous guest. Rooms need to be aired out, filters changed, air freshener sprayed, something....
