Good place to stay
I stayed here and overall it was a good experience. Complimentary breakfast, and also a shuttle for nearby destinations was a plus.

Would stay here again
The hotel is within walking distance of Reliant Stadium which is great! Also their pet policy is only $20 buks. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Olive Garden was only 2 miles away, we did not even have to get back on the Interstate!

TERRIABLE!
booked room NON Smoking, arrived in room, cigarette burns in bedding and carpet and Smelled terrible. They refused to give us different room stating the web booking did it wrong. which I have a copy and it was requested. Called previously to get directions and they did not help at all. left and found another hotel that night at 11pm! Very upset, had Doctors appointments the next day and was exhausted.

very good and really bad
Lawn has been neglected with bare dirt & cigarette butts. Carpet was absolutely filthy - I would rather have bare, clean concrete. Awoken at 4:30 a.m. by fire alarm. No fire. Could not go back to sleep. Since we were there for medical reasons, made for a long exhausting day. Checking in, only one attendant with 4-5 customers, made for a long wait.

Nice&convenient - Reliant Stadium events
Attended the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the hotel is basically across the street. It was very convenient and nice. Had a great stay!
