Fantastic Hotel
Enjoyed our stay tremendously! Wonderful, clean, modern hotel with great customer service. Not to mention the beautiful ambiance with the indoor fish pond which kept our six year old entertained. We visit Houston quite frequently and doubt we will ever stay anywhere but the Omni!!!

An excellent family reunion
I chose the Omni for the weekend because it was close to where a family wedding was to take place. 5 of my relatives, including the bride, ended up reserving rooms also. I was upgraded to a very nice room on arrival. We asked the concierge to call us a taxi to go to dinner, but he insisted on taking us (and picking us up) in the courtesy van. The next day, he took the whole wedding party to and from the wedding venue. The staff was extremely helpful with all of our requests. The room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend getaway
Everything is perfect. One exception is the firmness of the mattress. I like my mattress extra firm so I gave the comfort rating only four star.

Great Hotel, Staff
Very nice upscale hotel. The friendliest staff and i've been all over including some of the big star resorts. Everyone was so accomadative and the hotel was clean and hallway was nicely decorated and beautiful. Next time in town would stay here again. Won't be disappointed. Parking is free, close to Galleria Mall.

Omni oasis
We love the feeling of outdoors when walking into the lobby. We stayed for the Senior Games in Houston at the hotel Westside. Loved the space and the flexibility of staff to help me with my bicycle and packing.
