Our clerk [...] was probably the best thing about this motel. She was very friendly. Our room was sparse. We had a chair but no table. There was no fridge. There was no hair dryer. What place nowadays has no hair dryer? There were three of us in the room; me, my sister and my 11 year old nephew. We came to visit my Grandma for her 90th birthday. We got shorted a washcloth everyday. The bed was fairly comfortable. This is no place for a long stay. Short and sweet is about all it's good for.

Never stay again!!!!
The check in was fast, the staff was very helpful and patient when I checked in and out. The room was not clean, everything in the bed absolutely was not exchanged from the previous stay. There're stains on bed covers on both beds. So I have to cleaned it up by myself. There were unlimited ants showed up. And they're coming from everywhere. Be aware! They will bite. I couldn't find "do not disturb" in the room. So on the first day when the housekeeper came, I have told them not to come during my stay. I really need some rest on my stay, but they're keep coming up and knocked the door very hard everyday, and they tried to open my door without my permit. One of them was yelling to me when I opened my door. I will be never stay in this motel again~~~~~

My Pleasant Stay
We were visiting a grandson and only needed a place to sleep. The desk attendant was ver friendly and located a room on the ground floor as my Hunsband has trouble breathing when he has to climnb stairs. I checked in and he had told me the room was not quit ready. No Problem. I look in the room and all it needed was a pillow and the bed to be completed being made. We returned about 10:30 p.m. and found the pillow not there and the spread not pulled up. We only need 2 pillows per bed. No Problem. We prepared for bed and went to get water to drink from the sink. NO Water. I tried to turn on the valves under the sink and it leaked. We got our drink from the bathtub. Same Water. Went to bed and sleep well. No noise even though the motel is right on Interstate Hwy 290 to San Antonio, Tx. I reported the problems the next day to the desk clerk and told her we had a good stay. I have run a Motel in the past and these things arise and aren't always preventable. The room was very clean an pleasant. All we needed was sleep and we got that just fine.
