The bedside lights did not work No alarm clock The TV zapper did not work No internet connection-was advertised No papers/pens/telephone books/bible Was given a smoking room and was told I had no choice No airport van-broken Condom box in bedside drawer This was the worst hotel experience I have had in almost 50 years of traveling

Not what I expected...
The hotel was not that clean. I was afraid to use the toilet. Many of the employees could not speak English and they wanted to charge me for using an iron. My flight was scheduled to leave at 6:25 a.m. and when I went to check out of the room, the lobby door was locked, and there was no one there. Consequently, I had to leave my room key in the door to catch my flight. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the rooms. I tried to complain, but as stated previously, the lobby was closed!
