Excellent location across the street from the Galleria. Very professional staff, quick check in. Good size rooms and bath room. Enough parking space. Internet service is expensive.

Completely Accessible
The accessible room was perfect. The bathroom was very roomy with a roll in shower, sturdy bench and removable shower head. The self parking was easy with handicap spots next to the elevator. We had a fantastic experience. The valet staff were very helpful even though we didn't use them.

No mini fridge in room. Hard mattress. Self park NOT FREE. The good stuff: clean and great location. But I wouldn't stay here again b/c I thought if I paid more I would be happier but I wasn't so I wouldn't recommend. : (

I enjoyed the stay, i would come back. just the bathrooms are a bit small with a little remodeling it would be perfect

Comfy hotel experience
My husband and I stayed there for several days after christmas for a vacation, and the hotel was more than what we expected: it was clean, they gave an excellent service, they had beautiful comfy rooms, a Flat TV, and a useful safe box. We were lucky to have a great view of the city. The only "but" is that they charge you an extra daily rate for parking your car there, I think this service should be included in your room fee. Other than that everything was great, we would definitely come back.

Unbeatable location for the price
The location was awesome for Houston Thanksgiving Holiday of the xmas lights,fireworks and shopping at the fablous Galleria across the street from the JW Marriott. The hotel was great with the indoor\outdoor pool and the view was great!

Great hotel, excellent location
we went walking to the Galleria, also to a shopping center 2blocks from there with great stores and restaurant, I really recomend Lux Cafe - try the pasta carbonara it´s amazing (we dont like peas so we asked them to take them out)

before going to the GALLERIA, try Marshalls at the shopping center 2blocks from the hotel... great prices, if you dont find it there, go and spend your money at the Galleria, because you are going to find it there... for sure, but most likely at regular price.... ups... also EAT at PJ Chang is on Westheimer but you have to cross H-610 (better take the care or a long walk... maybe 10-15blocks)

Great visit, friendly hotel
We were giving my college age daughter a break from school and brought along our 10-year old son. The JW Marriott had the accommodations and location my teen daughter thought were cool, along with the great pool to make my son happy. The staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help us. Great visit, wished we could have stayed longer.
