Completely Accessible
The accessible room was perfect. The bathroom was very roomy with a roll in shower, sturdy bench and removable shower head. The self parking was easy with handicap spots next to the elevator. We had a fantastic experience. The valet staff were very helpful even though we didn't use them.

Amazing experience
From the first greeting to the last goodbye, a free ride from their limo service, this was by far the most unexpected pleasure. I was truly flabbergasted by the size of the gym the quality of their buffet at their restaurant, the hotel staff's knowledge and the room cleaning group. Wow is too little to say. I promised I would be back to Houston and will visit them again, no doubt.

Great Hotel
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that I did know that I had to pay for parking. $30 for valet and $20 for self parking per day.

Great hotel
I have been coming to houston for 3 days a month since January. Usually, I use a travel site for the best deal and this time it was the JW. I would stay here regardless. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great exercise room and very reasonable parking. Five big stars!!

Professional conference meeting
Service and accommodations were superb. All of the members of the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The food at the bar and restaurant was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone whether they are staying for purposes of buisness or pleasure.

No mini fridge in room. Hard mattress. Self park NOT FREE. The good stuff: clean and great location. But I wouldn't stay here again b/c I thought if I paid more I would be happier but I wasn't so I wouldn't recommend. : (

Great Price, Excellent Location
Just across the street from the Galleria. Staff is very friendly and rooms are modern and spacious. I had a great time during my stay there.
