When you first walk in, be sure to step back and take in the beautiful atrium at the Hyatt Regency Houston, which stretches 30 stories up. This is a great spot to sit back and quench your thirst with a quick drink inside the LobbiBar, before making your way to your room. Accommodations range from the Standard to Business Plan-designed with features for a productive stay away from the office-plus the top floor suite, where guests can absorb themselves in city views, listen to their vacation tracks on the iPod home stereo system, and have a soak in the deluxe marble bath. The heated outdoor pool deck has seats for sunbathing, and the restaurants offer selections for the discerning palate, from juicy steaks to Spindletop's Signature Paella. Luxury tops the agenda at this AAA four diamond hotel in Houston.

Great prices, great location & great fun

We got a great price for this hotel and feel like we should have paid a great deal more. The rooms were just remodeled, the bed was awesome and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was helpful and if you needed a nightcap a hotel bar was the place to stop before heading to bed!

Perfect in every way!

We were in town for a conference. The hotel staff was very friendly with professionalism and they made every effort to be accomodating. We used the shuttle whenever possible. The bed was perfect. The place was very clean. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I would recommend this to anybody at anytime. Linda in Montana

Great Location

The Hyatt Regency Houston was a very well located property in the downtown Houston area. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole property was well taken care of. My wife liked the toiletries in the bathroom. The shuttle to Minute Maid Park was welcomed. The only real negative was the $25/night parking fee. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Small vacations away from work.

Everything in this place is great, if you don't have the money just don't risk it. Too many people complain about parking that's a huge whatever, Valet Parking was fast and reliable, Staff was very friendly... like i said as long as you have the money you'll have a blast.

Great place to stay

I stayed two nights at this hotel for a festival taking place nearby. The location was perfect, the staff was helpful and courteous. The bar was a little loud at night when all the festival people got back but that was to be expected. I forgot my toothbrush at home so I called the front desk and they gave me one free of charge. I would definitely stay here again.
