Good Service
Great except the air conditioner kept turning on and off (which is normal) but it made a loud clunking sounds as it did.

AWESOME!!!
We went to a couple of nice restaurants, it was located in a great area of downtown houston in walking distance to everything! The hotel was awesome great friendly staff and very attentive. Definetely a must do again!

good hotel located in the financial dist
i went to houston to go to a few baseball games so this hotel was perfect. its about a 10 minute walk to the park. the rooms are great, the fitness and pool areas are excellent as well. a note about houston, the area this hotel is in is completely dead on weekends so if you are looking for nightlife, this hotel may not be for you. if you have business in the financial district or want to be near minutemaid park. this is an excellent choice

other than the ballpark , no recreational areas are near this hotel. houston is huge and everything is a $20 cab ride away. normally i am not a fan of renting cars but this city may be the exception. no great public transport options and cabs get spendy after a while

I loved everything during my stay but what's up with not having a microwave, refrigerator, or free wi-fi? I think those 3 things would have really made this stay magical! The staff was great, professional, and extremely nice/personable.

Great honeymoon weekend.
From the valet service when we arrived to check in & out at the front desk and the valet service was very courteous and helpful as we left. Dinner at the Spindle Top Restaurant was very good as was the service.

Coffee Dude
Downtown delight!
The location provided easy access to freeways (if driving) as well as to public transportation. We rode the rail system to the Museum District and found it to be excellent! The hotel also offers a very nice shuttle service for short excursions. We also roamed around downtown and were pleasantly surprised by a representative of Houston who stopped us and gave us directions and a map of the streets/buildings/tunnels. The hotel was family friendly and the staff was very helpful! Would recommend this facility for anyone visiting the Houston area.

Great weekend getaway
Got a great rate for a 3 night weekend, including breakfast buffet for 2. Great location, nice staff, comfy bed. My only complaint would be that the A/C in the room was very cold and could not be adjusted. Other than that, highly recommended.
