Good Value but noisy
The room was everything it said it would be. We were very impressed with the amenities. However, you know the old saying about being too good to be true...well, we were put at the end of the hall by the stairwell and door to the outside. The door slamming constantly was very annoying and disturbed our sleep. But hey, the price was great and we survived, all in all we enjoyed our visit.

The Hyatt's select service hotels
I was expecting a full service Hyatt and so my initial reaction upon checking in was a sort of negative surprise at hearing there was no room service or real restaurant. But in fact, i enjoyed this hotel. They offer a light menu of food, wine and beer at the counter downstairs. And the rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and feel quite large. I enjoyed my stay, the staff was well trained, the bed was excellent. I'd gladly stay again.

The cajun seafood restaurant right next to the hotel has only 2 stars on Yelp, but we ordered two broiled fish entrees and they were actually quite good.

Great Hotel
We've stayed at multiple hotels in Houston and this is the best considerably for the cost and convenience. It is located in north Houston so still far from most destinations except the airport but there is easy freeway access. The rooms were modern, the internet was free, TV huge, shower rainfall with good pressure, bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was so-so but you could also order other items. I didn't have a chance to check out the other offerings though. Anyhow, will stay there again.

mom gettin away for tha weekend
HYATT Place
It was a very beautiful hotel, the rooms were on the small side. I wish they had pictures of the bathrooms on the website it would be nice to see wat kind of shower or tub they have cause we got a room with no tub. We could hear ppl in the hall so Im pretty sure they could hear us too!

Re build your bathroom
the bathroom door hit the toilet, the shower had no door, after 15 minutes of thinking they had no hot water, just warm water, the hot water came out. They said they had 24hs room service but i went crazy trying to find a menu or any of those folders with the information on the hotel. I ended up going to a fast food restaurant around the corner, and when I quick dialed the wake up call it went into an automated hotel reservations number that seemed more nation wide than the hotel i was staying at. One way or the other after dialing 2 times i ended up setting the alarm clock in my phone.

Two Day Trip
We loved the pull-out bed that our son was able to sleep on. The service was great. Quick check-in & check-out. Great Breakfast!
